Responsibilities Prepare and bake a diverse range of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cookies following established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and decorating tools Manage dough preparation and ensure proper proofing, fermentation, and baking processes are followed for consistent results Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety management protocols and sanitation practices Package baked goods carefully for sale or delivery while ensuring presentation quality Assist with food handling procedures and support food production activities during high-volume periods Qualifications Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation within a commercial kitchen or bakery environment Strong knife skills and familiarity with dough preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to maintain a hygienic workspace at all times Ability to follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency across baked products Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients or team members professionally Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory levels High-volume production experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join our team if you're eager to craft delicious baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety!
