the compensation listed is NOT including our tip pool. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our O-Town location! You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest while helping the team keep daily operations running efficiently. What We Offer Employee meal and store discounts Flexible scheduling Food provided during shifts Opportunities for growth and advancement Medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time team members What You'll Be Responsible For Welcome guests with a positive attitude and provide fast, friendly service Take customer orders, operate the POS system, and process transactions accurately Help with daily food preparation, including whipping and portioning cream cheese, preparing vegetables, and getting bagels ready for service Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages Work alongside the bakery team and assist with baking-related tasks when needed Keep the dining area, service line, and kitchen clean, organized, and ready for guests Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to store procedures Assist with inventory checks, stocking, and keeping supplies organized Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep the shop moving The Role We're looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, organized, and team-oriented and who takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.Pay:
