Duties Assist bakers with dough preparation and baking processes to ensure timely production of baked good Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers and ovens. Package baked items carefully for retail. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures. Support high-volume production by managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements Previous experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Good communication skills and a positive attitude for teamwork and customer service interactions. Willingness to learn new skills. This role is perfect for motivated individuals.
