Part-Time position with Full Time available during busy season (May-September) Flexible Hours as needed. Approximately 15-20 hours per week during winter and as 36-40 during summer (if desired). Overview We are looking for a team member who would assist our lead baker and team. This role could be anything from scooping cookies, helping with bread production, frosting donuts, etc. The opportunity for learning and growth is immense with this role. • Assist lead baker and bakery team as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
• Maintain communication with others and work as a team to produce the best quality and consistent product for our very well-loved bakery. Experience No experience needed. Must be over 18 to work the equipment. We will train on all baking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
• must be able to lift 50 pounds
