About UsBoxer Donut & Espresso Bar is a small, hands-on donut shop in Nyack, NY. We're a tight-knit team where everyone from prep to production to cleanup pitches in to get fresh donuts out the door every day.
The RoleWe're looking for a Baker to join our early-morning production team.
ScheduleShifts start at 4:00 AMTypically 8-hour shiftsFull-time preferred; part-time availablePay$18 $23/hour, based on experienceWhat You'll DoPrepare and produce donuts and baked goods from start to finish (mixing, proofing, frying/baking, glazing, filling, decorating)Follow recipes and production standards to ensure consistent qualityAssist with ingredient prep for the day's productionMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen cleaning is part of every shift, not an afterthoughtWork closely with a small team, jumping in wherever neededFollow food safety practicesWhat We're Looking ForSome kitchen or food-service experience preferred we're happy to train the restComfortable with early mornings and an 8-hour shift on your feetReliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small, collaborative teamAttention to detail and pride in consistent qualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBenefitsPaid time off / sick payCompetitive hourly pay
The RoleWe're looking for a Baker to join our early-morning production team.
This is a hands-on role:
you'll be mixing, frying, glazing, filling, and decorating donuts, plus handling prep and cleanup alongside the rest of the small kitchen crew.
