Weekday and weekend availability Third Round Social is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven people to join the opening team of our new ice cream shop in Commerce City. This isn't a position where we just need someone to stand behind a counter and scoop ice cream. We want people who can create the kind of experience that makes someone excited to come back. That means welcoming guests, caring about presentation, moving quickly when there's a line, keeping an exceptionally clean shop, and serving every scoop like it matters. You'll be part of the team that establishes the personality and standards of the ice cream shop from day one. What You'll Do Scoop and serve ice cream consistently and beautifully Prepare cones, cups, sundaes, milkshakes, floats, and other menu items Assemble toppings and specialty items to recipe Provide warm, upbeat, polished guest service Help guests navigate flavors and make recommendations Maintain excellent product presentation Handle POS transactions accurately Restock and organize ingredients, cups, cones, and service supplies Keep counters, equipment, service areas, and guest-facing spaces exceptionally clean Complete opening and closing responsibilities Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality Help us improve systems and workflows as part of the opening team Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy interacting with people Have a naturally positive and welcoming personality Move quickly without becoming careless Care about presentation and small details Are comfortable working in a busy environment Are dependable and punctual Take cleanliness seriously Work well as part of a team Take feedback well Are available for weekends and other high-volume shifts Previous restaurant, café, ice cream, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. For this position, personality, reliability, work ethic, and hospitality instincts matter more to us than whether you've scooped ice cream professionally before. What Makes This Different The ice cream shop is part of Third Round Social, a new hospitality and entertainment concept in Commerce City featuring coffee, a full restaurant and bar, a large patio, golf simulators, darts, shuffleboard, and more. You'll be joining at the very beginning. We're looking for people who want to help us create a place that feels polished without being stuffy, energetic without being chaotic, and genuinely fun to visit.
