6:00 AM-4:00 PM daily Third Round Social is looking for talented, hospitality-driven baristas to join the opening team of our new café in Commerce City. We are building a coffee program that takes the product seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Our menu combines thoughtfully prepared espresso, hand-whisked matcha, house chai, pour overs, cold brew, and seasonal drinks with syrups, sauces, and ingredients made in-house. We care about consistency. We care about presentation. And most importantly, we care about making people genuinely want to come back. This is a great opportunity for an experienced barista who wants to be part of building a new café from the beginning, or for someone with exceptional hospitality instincts who wants to develop serious coffee skills. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks consistently and to recipe Dial in and maintain espresso throughout service Steam and texture milk properly for a variety of beverages Prepare matcha, chai, cold brew, pour overs, teas, and specialty drinks Learn and execute our house-made syrups and beverage recipes Provide warm, polished, genuinely engaging hospitality Talk confidently with guests about our coffee and menu Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar Complete opening, closing, restocking, building cleaning and prep responsibilities Handle POS transactions accurately Work quickly during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality Help us improve systems and workflows as part of the opening team Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Care about making an excellent drink every time Notice the little details Are naturally warm and comfortable talking with guests Can move with urgency while staying calm and organized Take feedback well and want to continue improving Are dependable and show up ready to work Keep your workspace exceptionally clean Enjoy being part of a team rather than working as an individual Are available for early mornings and weekends Previous specialty coffee experience is strongly preferred, but not required for an exceptional hospitality candidate who is eager to learn.
