In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by preparing and serving high-quality Smoothies and food items, managing retail sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, inviting space. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable experiences for every guest, while ensuring smooth daily operations. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly, taking orders with enthusiasm and accuracy using POS systems/ register. Prepare and serve variety of Smoothies with precision and care. Prepare and serve wraps, sandwiches, bowls, and other menu items efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Process cash and card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and retail math with confidence. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, equipment sanitation, and general tidiness to meet food safety standards. Restock ingredients and supplies regularly (multiple times in a day) to ensure availability of ingredients and beverage components. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall café operations with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work together with teammates during busy periods Assist with opening and closing duties. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and sanitary café by completing routine cleaning duties throughout all areas of the restaurant, including food preparation areas, dining areas, equipment, floors, and restrooms. Qualifications Previous food service or café experience is preferred, especially barista experience or beverage service expertise. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail sales calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
