Job Summary BIGGBY Coffee is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will create high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, teas, and other menu items according to BIGGBY Coffee standards. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy. Assist with opening and closing duties. Collaborate with team members to create a positive customer experience. Qualifications Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
