Job Overview LB Kitchen is a fast-paced, fast-casual cafe focused on vibrant, health-forward food and drink. We're looking for an experienced, energetic Part-Time Barista to join our team! Available shifts are Sundays + Mondays beginning in October! Training will begin in September.

What We're Looking For:

Espresso Expertise:

You know your way around an espresso machine and can confidently prepare all espresso-based drinks.

Latte Art Skills:

You can pour with intention and craft beautiful drinks under pressure.

Multitasking Mastery:

You're able to juggle multiple drink orders, communicate clearly, and stay organized.

Sense of Urgency:

You move quickly and efficiently, especially during high-volume rushes.

Team Player:

You're positive, reliable, and enjoy working with others to keep service flowing smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and other beverages to order Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station Interact with guests in a friendly, efficient manner Use Toast POS to take orders Support the front-of-house team as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
