With 22 rotating draft lines, a curated retail cooler of local beer and cider, and a small but mighty snack menu, we're here to connect people to great drinks and good company. Whether it's a tourist grabbing a beer before a boat tour or a local stopping by for a weekend four-pack, we pride ourselves on warm welcomes, great recommendations, and a laid-back atmosphere that never compromises on service.

Job Overview:

We're looking for team members who are enthusiastic, friendly, and love talking beer. You don't need to be a cicerone—but you do need to care about making people feel welcome, seen, and supported in their choices. This is a customer-forward role that blends bar service, retail support, and light food handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, personable customer service in both bar and retail settings Pour draft beer, recommend selections, and serve snacks with confidence and care Learn and maintain product knowledge of local breweries and rotating inventory Restock coolers, maintain clean and organized shelves, and support inventory tracking Ensure bar and retail areas are clean, welcoming, and compliant with all health codes Greet customers with warmth, guide them through our menu, and offer thoughtful suggestions Handle transactions accurately and responsibly using POS systems Be a reliable, engaged team member who helps maintain our positive culture

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred—but not required Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude Willingness to learn about beer styles, food pairings, and local producers Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be 21+ and able to obtain a valid Maine alcohol server certification Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
