We pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere, quality products, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista at Meg-a-latte, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages that adhere to the company's high standards. Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Properly close do
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
