The position includes taking orders, handling payments, serving coffee and food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming counter area. Responsibilities Greet customers and take food and beverage orders. Operate the POS system and process payments accurately. Answer customer questions about coffee, pastries, and menu items. Prepare and serve café items as needed. Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and organized. Restock cups, napkins, food items, and other supplies. Support baristas and café staff during busy periods. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Previous café, cashier, restaurant, or customer-service experience is helpful.
