Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality food and beverages. Duties As a Cafe Team Member, your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Preparing food and beverages according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operating the Square POS system for order processing and cash handling accurately. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and service counters. Assisting with inventory management, including stock replenishment and waste reduction. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience Ideal candidates will possess:

Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store setting is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
