Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting with pastry/bread selections. Dial in, pull shots, and steam milk to craft high-quality espresso drinks to bakery standards. Maintain a pristine, well-stocked, and visually appealing display case throughout the day. Operate the POS system efficiently, handle cash/card transactions accurately, and manage phone-in orders. Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and sanitized (counters, tables, condiment stations, and floors). Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2+ years of barista or specialty coffee experience preferred, but a stellar attitude and passion for customer service can win us over.

Availability:

Must be reliable and available to work mornings, Sunday shifts.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and a team-first mindset.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for an 8-hour shift, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
