Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across all work areas to ensure food safety standards are met Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and transactions Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Keep the workspace organized, restock supplies as needed, and manage inventory levels effectively Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and assist in training new staff Requirements Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
