Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across all work areas to ensure food safety standards are met Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and transactions Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Keep the workspace organized, restock supplies as needed, and manage inventory levels effectively Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and assist in training new staff Requirements Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to maintain a hygienic environment Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payments Familiarity with restaurant operations, including handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Commitment to food safety management standards and attention to detail in cleanliness and hygiene practices Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels great experiences!
