Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Take customer orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring quick and efficient transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Assist in food handling, food safety practices, and basic food preparation to ensure quality standards are met Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly without compromising quality Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service within a café or retail environment Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Effective time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-notch coffee experiences, thrive on creating welcoming atmospheres, and are eager to grow your skills in the food industry.
