Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed diligently. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high-quality service standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and processing transactions smoothly. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in beverage preparation and cleaning duties. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours effectively.
