Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change accurately, and processing transactions smoothly. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in beverage preparation and cleaning duties.
