Happy Alley Coffee & More is a Vietnamese coffee, espresso, and matcha drive-thru in Des Moines, WA. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking barista to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, works well in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to details, and takes pride in making consistently great drinks.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Vietnamese coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, and other specialty drinks Provide friendly and welcoming customer service Follow recipes and measurements accurately and consistently Take orders and process payments Keep the bar, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Work efficiently during busy periods Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work together with the team to provide a great customer experience What we're looking for: Strong customer service skills Reliable and punctual Friendly and positive attitude Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized Willing to learn and take feedback Barista or customer service experience preferred, but we can train the right person Weekend and weekday availability required

Pay:

$18.00 per hour + tips

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 35.0 per week
