Job Description Barista Job Details Flexible Schedule | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM | $18.50/Hour Schedule flexibility required based on business needs. Barista Requirements Previous barista, food service, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team About the Barista Role As a Barista, your responsibilities will include: Preparing specialty drinks and beverages according to established standards Taking customer food and beverage orders Processing cash and electronic payments accurately Providing friendly and memorable customer service Assisting with food preparation as needed Preparing and serving beverages efficiently during busy service periods Maintaining quality and consistency when preparing customer orders Keeping beverage and food service areas clean and organized Restocking cups, ingredients, food items, and other supplies Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Maintaining a clean and welcoming customer service area Communicating professionally with customers and team members Supporting daily café and food service operations Working collaboratively with other team members during busy periods Performing additional barista and food service duties as assigned Why Work With Crown Get paid weekly!
