Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils following strict sanitation procedures. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payment transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety management practices and restaurant health regulations at all times. Restock supplies as needed, including coffee beans, milk, cups, and other consumables. Assist in maintaining an organized workspace that adheres to food safety standards. Follow all procedures related to sanitation, food safety, and customer service protocols. Skills Proven experience in restaurant or café environments is preferred; strong customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Basic understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
