Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Prepare non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skills and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food handling stations regularly Assist with food preparation and beverage service to ensure quality standards are met consistently Manage food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards Support the team in stocking supplies, organizing products, and ensuring the café environment is inviting and well-maintained Experience Previous food service or café experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Experience in beverage preparation, especially coffee or drink service, is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is beneficial Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through excellent service and quality products. Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
