Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you'll be the key to delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back for more. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet setups as needed. Ensure responsible serving practices by checking IDs and adhering to alcohol regulations. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere in nightclubs or hospitality venues while maintaining high standards of customer service. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly. Excellent customer service abilities to connect with diverse guests and foster repeat business. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is preferred. Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform retail math, cash handling, and basic math calculations accurately. Familiarity with the food industry, hospitality standards, brewing processes, catering operations, and food service protocols.
