Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience through exceptional customer service Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the bar's creative offerings by experimenting with flavors and presentation techniques Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth service without shortages Collaborate with team members to manage busy shifts, ensuring timely service during peak hours at nightclubs, banquets, or special events Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing and change processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a bar setting Experience working in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or banquet events is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and valued!
