Train and mentor bar staff on current mixology trends and Marriott's service standards. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws. Collaborate with the event planning teams to customize beverage offerings for special events and high-profile guests. Engage with guests to provide a personalized dining experience and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
