Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Engage with guests to recommend beverages, answer questions about drink ingredients, and promote specials or new offerings Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while ensuring timely service delivery Assist in beverage recipe development and suggest creative drink ideas to enhance the guest experience Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, especially in fine dining or bar settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly Ability to process cash handling accurately and efficiently Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling Knowledge of beverage recipe development and beverage presentation techniques Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
