Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance guest satisfaction and menu offerings Manage cash transactions efficiently, process payments accurately, and handle cash register operations with integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and create a lively, welcoming environment Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, including bartending or serving in fine dining or nightclub settings Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, mixology principles, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Experience in beverage recipe development and cocktail presentation excellence Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for processing cash transactions, retail math understanding for sales promotion opportunities Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a lively environment!
