Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, wines, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room lounge area, ensuring all bar equipment and supplies are well-stocked and sanitized. Engage with members to provide personalized service, recommend beverages, and enhance their overall experience. Develop new beverage recipes and craft specialty drinks to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels regularly, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or bar management within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine selection, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with members in a high-energy environment. Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience working in food service settings like banquet halls or catering environments is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
