We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips. We have a full bar area and also have an event area in which we serve drinks also. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations We would prefer some experience but would be willing to train the right person. We are looking for two people to work 2-3 days (4-8 hours daily) or someone to work 5-6 days(4 - 8 hrs. daily) and also when we have events in the evenings and weekends. Very relaxed and casual atmosphere.
