BARTENDERS Over/Under Sports Bar | Downtown Paducah Think you can handle a packed bar, a busy game, multiple drink tickets, and a little chaos without losing your cool? We want you behind the bar. Over/Under is looking for experienced, energetic Bartenders who know how to move fast, make great drinks, and keep guests coming back. We're a locally owned Downtown Paducah sports bar featuring craft cocktails, 14 beers on tap, award-winning Kentucky bourbons, and 30 TVs. When the games are on, things can get busy — and we need bartenders who thrive in that environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of beer, liquor, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service Fast, accurate, and organized Friendly and engaging personality Able to multitask in a high-volume environment Dependable and punctual Comfortable working nights, weekends, and game days Team player who communicates well with FOH and BOH Someone who can stay professional even when the bar gets slammed

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages Provide fast, friendly, knowledgeable service Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar Keep up with drink tickets and service well orders Know our menu, beer selection, cocktails, and bourbon offerings Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Monitor guests responsibly and follow all alcohol-service requirements Help create the energetic atmosphere Over/Under is known for
