Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Process proper cash handling transactions accurately Develop innovative beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus or specials Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels to promote safety Qualifications Experience as a bartender hospitality environments with strong cocktail-making skills and mixology knowledge is recommended, but not necessary.
