Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Process proper cash handling transactions accurately Develop innovative beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus or specials Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels to promote safety Qualifications Experience as a bartender hospitality environments with strong cocktail-making skills and mixology knowledge is recommended, but not necessary. Solid understanding of beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, spirits, craft beer, and food pairing principles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours without compromising quality Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures in a food and beverage industry setting Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where every guest leaves with a smile!
