As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs to verify legal drinking age. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for patrons at the bar. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Time management skills to prioritize duties during peak hours. A friendly demeanor with a willingness to help others create an enjoyable atmosphere. Experience in catering is beneficial but not mandatory.
