In this energetic role, you'll support bartenders by maintaining bar supplies, cleaning the bar area, and assisting with food and beverage operations. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help create an exceptional experience for our guests while keeping safety and cleanliness at the forefront. Responsibilities Restock and organize bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages to ensure bartenders are fully equipped for service Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing equipment in accordance with food safety standards Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes to keep the venue tidy and inviting Handle manual tasks like heavy lifting of supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations Ensure compliance with all food handling and bar safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Requirements Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, or catering is highly desirable Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to maintain a spotless bar environment Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests efficiently Familiarity with food safety standards and alcohol service regulations Previous experience in bartending or venue beverage service is a plus but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in lively environments like nightclubs or banquet halls, and want to grow your career in the food industry.
