Smitty & Pearl's | Downtown High Point Exceptional hospitality comes first. At Siren, we're looking for a mixologist who makes every guest feel welcomed, valued, and thoughtfully cared for—from the first greeting to the final pour. The ideal candidate pairs warm, attentive service with extensive cocktail and wine knowledge , bringing confidence, craftsmanship, and personality to every interaction. What we're looking for: A hospitality mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, build relationships, and create memorable guest experiences. Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, flavour profiles, and mixology techniques. Strong wine knowledge, including varietals, regions, tasting notes, food pairings, and proper presentation and service. The ability to make approachable recommendations tailored to each guest's tastes. Precision, consistency, and composure in a busy, elevated lounge environment. A dependable teammate who takes pride in preparation, cleanliness, and professional service. Previous experience in an upscale cocktail bar, lounge, or fine dining setting is required.
