Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, including drinks and food options tailored to their preferences. Prepare and serve beverages , adhering to recipes and safety standards Take accurate food and drink orders, inputting them efficiently into the POS system while managing multiple tables or bar stations. Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food safety, food handling, and cleanliness throughout service. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering duties and processing payments accurately using POS systems. Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, complying with health regulations related to food safety and sanitation. Engage with guests actively to promote specials, upsell menu items, and foster a welcoming atmosphere in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs or banquet events. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, ideally within restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environments. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as private parties.
