Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both nightclub and fine dining settings. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay informed about new products, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, particularly in nightclub or fine dining environments. Strong knowledge of mixology, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation methods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system. Must possess a valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
