Job Summary Chili's is looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Bartender to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will prepare beverages, engage with guests, maintain a clean bar area, and contribute to a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies as needed Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate POS systems accurately Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Follow all Wyoming alcohol service laws and Chili's safety policies Monitor guest behavior and promote responsible alcohol consumption Qualifications Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 21 years old Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Fun and supportive team environment
