Overview Join our team as a talented and energetic Bartender! Youll be mixing and serving a variety of beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a lively, welcoming atmosphere. food and beverage service, combined with exceptional customer service skills, Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as spoton Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food Monitor guest behavior and respond promptly to any concerns or requests to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender , nightclub, banquet, or food service environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as spoton and Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong skills in sales, customer service, and hospitality to create positive guest interactions. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction.
