Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktails and menu offerings, including food ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld at all times Keeping a clean bar and work area Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously to foster positive experiences Qualifications Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and nights in a nightclub or high-energy setting Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable Join us in creating an unforgettable grand opening experience!
