The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings, and possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or banquets. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage pairings to enhance guest experiences. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety regulations. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
