Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled server/bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKNIGHTS AND WEEKENDS, NOT JUST WEEKENDS!

This is a part time position with hours between 10-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Prepare signature ECW+G cocktails (they are easy and delicious!)
• Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Responsible for completing MAC and side work daily
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food and beverage safety regulations

Skills:

• Resume and proven working experience as a server/bartender
• Proficiency in using TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Ability to keep the dining room and bar organized, stocked and clean
• Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety standards
• Strong sales skills to promote specials and upsell menu items
• Experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant settings is a plus
• Ability to handle cash registers and process payments accurately
