Marriott is seeking a Shuttle & Luggage Attendant to deliver safe, friendly, and efficient transportation and bell services for our guests. This role shuttles guests between the hotel and local destinations, assists with luggage handling and storage, and ensures a welcoming arrival and departure experience. You'll maintain vehicle and luggage area cleanliness, follow safety and security standards, and collaborate closely with front desk and bell teams. Responsibilities Safely operate hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations on schedule Assist guests with loading, unloading, and handling luggage with care Provide a warm, professional greeting and offer information about hotel services and local attractions Inspect shuttle vehicle for cleanliness, fuel, and safety; report any maintenance needs Maintain neat, organized luggage storage areas and tag/track guest bags Coordinate with front desk and bell staff to manage guest arrivals and departures Assist guests with mobility needs and special requests in compliance with safety standards Follow Marriott safety, security, and guest service protocols at all times Handle basic guest concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when needed Support other front-of-house duties as required during peak periods Required Skills Passenger shuttle driving Safe luggage handling and lifting Customer service Hospitality etiquette Basic local area navigation Time management and scheduling Vehicle safety and inspection Radio or phone communication Incident and safety reporting Basic computer or PMS familiarity
