As a key team member, you will assist in food service, uphold sanitation standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute directly to the smooth flow of our busy kitchen and dining areas. Duties Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, utensils, and dining areas to meet food safety standards Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly and politely Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, dishware, and trash removal following safe lifting practices Support food service staff by setting tables with appropriate tableware and condiments Maintain internal communication with kitchen staff to coordinate timely table turnovers and service needs Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed throughout the restaurant environment Support catering events or special functions with setup, cleanup, and food handling as needed Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and serve guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward guest interactions Familiarity with table setting, bussing procedures, and hospitality standards is a plus Join us in creating memorable dining moments!
