Roo Mountain Vineyards - The Roost Bistro & The Coop Food Truck Position Overview Roo Mountain Vineyards is seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team in a dual-role position supporting both The Coop Gourmet Food Truck and The Roost Bistro kitchen operations . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes pride in delivering quality food service and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Coop Food Truck (Mondays & Tuesdays) Independently operate The Coop food truck during service hours Take guest orders using POS system and ensure accuracy Execute light food preparation and final plating to Roo standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Provide friendly, professional guest service Manage workflow efficiently, especially during peak times

Compensation:

$12/hour + 100% of tips The Roost Bistro - Dishwasher (Primarily Weekends) Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain a clean and organized dish area and kitchen support spaces Assist kitchen team with basic support tasks as needed Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety standards

Compensation:

$17/hour

Schedule Food Truck:

Mondays & Tuesdays Dishwashing:
