Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for our guests. If you have experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.TIPS INCLUDED!
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining areas
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes
- Help with food service tasks, such as refilling beverages and delivering orders
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Assist in catering events, including setting up and tearing down equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
