Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
• Assist in setting up catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Ensure that all food items are properly handled and delivered to the correct tables or customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from customers.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all food items are prepared and plated correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and help out in various areas of the kitchen or hotel as needed.

Note:

This position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays or containers.
