Marshall Public Schools is seeking individuals to work in our food service department. The employee will assist the head cook in preparing, cooking and serving food along with cleaning up the work area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure food is stored away properly when not in use Learn about the cooking methods and techniques employed in the kitchen Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines Perform routine kitchen tasks as assigned Set up service lines for lunch and nutrition break (if applicable) Point of Sale (POS) Putting away the drink order Stocking drink cooler and ala carte station
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
